How the coaching process works

As your coach, I will partner with you in a supportive, confidential, non-judgmental environment. Using an evidence-based, whole person approach, I will work with you to create a framework for change, help you gain self-awareness, set goals, create action plans, and ultimately become successful in different aspects of your life that are important to you.

I’ve helped clients in some of the following areas:

  • Promoting and sustaining a healthy work-life balance.

  • Creating a plan for how to navigate change and move forward in the face of layoffs, restructuring, and having to do more with less.

  • Setting and maintaining boundaries, honoring core values, knowing when to say no, and feeling more in control.

  • Identifying strengths and accomplishments to gain confidence and help overcome imposter syndrome.

  • Challenging limiting beliefs and negative self-talk.

  • Brainstorming strategies to combat burnout, improving focus and productivity.

A coach encourages and empowers you to take that first step and keep moving forward.
